Pre-K bulldogs spread Christmas cheer to the Junior High this week by helping them deck the halls!
Pope 1st Graders will present "Christmas Cookies," on Friday, December 13th at 1:30 in the auditorium!
Pope Bulldogs will play their last game at Strayhorn on Thursday, 12-12. Tipoff is at 5:00. Good luck to all of our boys and girls and congratulations on a season well-played!

$50.00 entry fee per contestant
No extra cost for Most Photogenic Contest
(this is optional & photo must be included with application)
Dress must be pageant wear or Sunday best.
Deadline to enter Tuesday, Dec. 17 by 9:00 A.M.
Tickets will be sold at the door for $5.00 each on the day of the pageant. Seating will be on a first come first served basis.
**PRACTICE INFORMATION**
We will pull your child during the school day to practice. There will be no after school practice.
POPE SCHOOL BEAUTY REVIEW
Pope School will host Beauty Review on Friday, January 17 at 6:00 p.m. in the Pope School Auditorium. Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth Grade girls are eligible to participate. Judges will select a Most Beautiful and 4 Beauties. Most Beautiful can be a 6th, 7th ,OR 8th grade girl.
The entry fee is $50.00 per contestant and is due, along with the attached form, by 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 17 . Pope’s Most Handsome and Handsomes will have already been elected and will assist the contestants during the Beauty Review.
A Most Photogenic Award will also be given. There is no additional fee for this. Please submit a 4X6 or 5X7 photo with your application no later than
9:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 17.
Long, formal dresses should be worn for the Beauty Review. All dresses must have straps (NO strapless dresses), and should not show any of the contestants’ stomachs. Also, slits should not be too high! Two piece dresses are discouraged for these reasons. Please remember that these are Junior High students and you should select a dress that is tasteful and appropriate for their age group.
Please make sure you list ALL activities, honors, and hobbies BEFORE you turn in this form. You will not be allowed to go back and add or change once it has been turned in.
Tickets for this event will be sold the night of the event for $5.00 each.
Beauty Review Practice:
We will have mandatory Beauty Review practice on Wednesday, January 15 in the Pope School Auditorium immediately following school until 5:00. Please make appropriate arrangements for transportation.
Important Information:
On the day of the Beauty Review your child MUST be present at school and may not be checked out until 1:30 in order to participate. If your child is absent or checked out before 1:30 p.m. January 17 they will not be able to participate.
