The 2025 Trunk or Treat event at South Panola High School will be October 30th. Trunk or Treaters will be allowed to start going through the school parking lot from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. that night. This is for students in 5th grade and below. Every child needs to be accompanied by an adult. Parking for the event will be in the north side parking lot of the High School (across from the Baseball Field), and the Trunks will be set up in the 9th-grade parking lot, wrapping around to the CTE wing of the school.

ATTENDANCE IS KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS! Don't be a sleepy cub— pounce into school every day! Join us for a fun-filled October as we kick off our Attendance Challenge! Students who show up every day, on time, with no early check-outs have a chance to earn exciting prizes and class rewards. Let’s make every day count—be here, be on time, and be ready to learn! 🍂🎃📚
PRIZES:
WHEEL OF NAMES: 10 perfect attendance names will be chosen from our wheel of names at the end of the month. Those 10 students will receive special recognition and prizes.
PAWSITIVELY GOOD ATTENDANCE: Each class will start with 17 paw prints outside of their classroom. If the class has a day where a student is absent, is late, or checks out early, they lose a paw print. The class with the most paw prints in each grade at the end of the month wins a special prize!
*Each student with perfect attendance for October will receive a certificate.
**ALSO, look out for our school attendance challenge flyer coming home. Complete the bingo challenge, have a parent or guardian sign it, and return it to the school for a treat!
