Pope School Bulldogs ended their football season with a bang on Tuesday as they took on the Coffeeville Pirates! School spirit shone bright in all shades of neon pink, yellow, green, and orange! Our students had an extra chance to cheer on our guys during a special pep rally filled with crazy relay races for each grade and a chance for those students who achieved a perfect score on the MAAP Assessments this spring to Pie the Principal!

The highlight of the afternoon included recognition of all of our football players, but also special recognition of our 8th grade players and cheerleaders. Our athletes were also given the opportunity to recognize teachers who have an important impact on them during their time at Pope School.

The school spirit didn’t stop with the end of the school day either! In front of an awesome crowd, our Pope School Choir kicked off the evening with the National Anthem, and the students from our Pope Mini-Cheer Camp gave a special half-time performance.

Fans young and old cheered on our boys as they brought home the “W” against Coffeeville to end the season!
