Pope School 5th Graders recently celebrated D. A. R. E. graduation. After completing the nine-wee course with Officer Morgan from the Panola County Sherriff's Department, participants from all of the 5th Grade classes received certificates. Winners of the essay contest also received medals--Krysta Hutto, Ben Yarborough, and Ivy Eckles. On hand to help celebrate these achievements were Amber Shegog-Brown, Chief Secretary, Chief Reginald Lantern, Sherriff Shane Phelps, Judge Andy Yelton, Major Clint Roberson, and Chantryce Morris, Investigator. Congratulations to our Bulldogs!
