Registration Information for 2021-22 School Year
The South Panola School District will have an online registration process for the 2021-22 academic school year for grades 1-12.
On-site registration is available June 1-4, June 7, and July 12-16 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for those WITHOUT Internet access, new students to the district, or those who have had a change in address since the 2020-21 school year. Instructions will be attached to report cards for this semester.
For those needing to utilize on-site registration, please call the school to schedule a date and time.
The online enrollment site will be available through the SPSD website (ActiveParent) and posted on the district’s social media pages. Kindergarten registration will be conducted in person.
More details on the enrollment, including the process which it entails for parents, will be sent via postal mail to home addresses on file.
Residency
In-person residency documents are required only for those who have changed addresses or new students since the 2020-21 school year.
Procedures:
- Any change of address by an existing student requires updated residency documents to be submitted. Students are not legally enrolled until the documentation is provided and verification of residence has been completed.
- All enrolling students must register annually, which includes providing an updated residency address.
- Any new student enrolling or entering the school district or any continuing student, whose residence has changed will be required to verify his or her residence address as herein provided as a part of the registration process.
