Pope School chosen to take part in NAEP

Three South Panola School District Schools (Pope School - Feb. 12; Batesville Junior High School - Feb. 15; and Batesville Middle School - Feb. 19) have been chosen to participate in the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP).

The test is the largest continuing and nationally representative assessment of what students across the country know and can do in a variety of subject areas.

A select group of eighth-graders from Pope and BJHS and fourth-graders at BMS will take part in the test.
